As 'newbies' to the farming industry following our tree change to the beautiful Murrindindi shire of Victoria in 2021, we wanted to green our thumbs with a relatively resilient and forgiving product. Australian Garlic is certainly that.
As keen cooks and eaters of a wide range of cuisines, we wanted to grow variants that could cater accordingly. They needed to be easy to handle, healthy and just downright tasty.
