As 'newbies' to the farming industry following our tree change to the beautiful Murrindindi shire of Victoria in 2021, we wanted to green our thumbs with a relatively resilient and forgiving product. Australian Garlic is certainly that.  

As keen cooks and eaters of a wide range of cuisines, we wanted to grow variants that could cater accordingly.  They needed to be easy to handle, healthy and just downright tasty. 

We're pretty sure we've nailed it and look forward to supplying you with something extra special at the end of this season!
