1 cup fresh peeled Mt Budd garlic
2 teaspoons of salt
4 cups rice bran oil
Half a cup of lemon juice (room temperature)
1. Add garlic and salt to a dry food processor. Slowly add oil by the dribble to the garlic over about 1 minute.
2. Add two teaspoons of lemon juice and then slowly add a thread of more oil for about two minutes.
3. Add 2 more teaspoons of lemon juice, pouring half a cup of oil at a time. Repeat two more times, then add the rest of the lemon juice and let blend for another two minutes.
4. Place in a glass bowl. Place paper towel on top before placing the lid on.
5. Delicious on fresh bread!
